How charities can harness the power of personalisation

We were thrilled to hear from David Sigerson, Sitecore Business Optimisation Consultant, who joined us for the Emerging digital trends and opportunities for charities event we held in June.

David talked about the emergence of online personalisation within the digital sector and in particular how charities can take advantage of modern technology platforms and profiling techniques.

He discussed how users can be given super-personalised experiences based on previous browsing behaviour across devices, where the digital platforms create 'personas on the fly' -- effectively creating user experiences based on actual user behaviour -- and not perhaps forcing them to fit into specific persona types.
