WHAT IS IT?
Fresh ideas and thinking to help solve common business problems
Whether it relates to comms, digital platforms or positioning, our discipline experts across strategy, tech and customer experience design can hone in on exciting ideas and solutions to solve common business problems.
How it started
All businesses are adapting to the changes caused by Covid. As an agile organisation, Code is no different. We’re constantly adapting to changes around us and always learning how we can improve.
One of the few benefits of the pandemic was that we had to reconsider how to best use our time to offer our people uber-flexibility during the difficulties of lockdown. We had to become more efficient and find new ways of working to still deliver effective outcomes.
The good news is that we found our productivity has remained at pre-Covid levels. So we made the decision to let this experience positively shape our future, and use the time we’ve been able to save to make a more positive change to fellow organisations with tech for good initiatives.
How it works
We run workshops on Friday afternoons, and they usually last between 2-4 hours. Workshops can be held physically at our office in Manchester City Centre, or remotely – whatever suits you and your team best.
“Code were very insightful and generous with their time. They introduced a range of strategic and tactical comms ideas that has given us lots of impetus and a greater focus for our activities this year.”
