It's official, Code is a Great Place to Work

June 8, 2022

We have some rather exciting and proud news to share - Code is now officially recognised as a Great Place to Work!

The Great Place to Work Certification is recognised worldwide by employees and employers alike and is the global benchmark for identifying outstanding employee experiences.

Certification is awarded by Great Place to Work, an organisational consultancy working with businesses to become great workplaces, and reviews insights, workplace culture and people practices among employers across all sectors.

The methodology behind the certification is one of the most rigorous and highly regarded globally, and analyses recruitment, retention, growth, upskilling and training, and diversity and inclusivity. It bases the results on the opinion of employees, as staff feedback makes up the results of the Trust Index to ensure the full workforce is included in the survey.

Some of the key results from the survey:

  • 98% of participants said that Code is a great place to work
  • 98% of participants said that the working environment at Code is welcoming, friendly and fun
  • 98% agree that people are treated fairly regardless of race, age, or sexual orientation

Rob Jones, Managing Director at Code:
