Code officially named a 2022 UK Best Workplace in Tech

The 2022 UK's Best Workplaces in Tech has been revealed by Great Place to Work UK, recognising Code among 140 ranked organisations.

Certification is awarded by Great Place to Work, an organisational consultancy that reviews insights, workplace culture and people practices among employers across all sectors. 

To determine the UK's Best Workplaces in Tech list, Great Place to Work analysed anonymous employee survey feedback representing nearly 20,000 employees working in the tech industry across the UK. 

Employees responded to over 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organisation creates a great place to work for all.

Code's inclusion in the technology listings follows on from its Great Place to Work certification achieved earlier this year.
