Along with a new vibrant venue, TNW Conference will be bringing in the Financial Times as a media partner for 2019. Working together on a new track ‘Trade’ to showcase the future of SaaS, marketplaces, and transactional business models, FT will not only be co-hosting The Assembly but also the FT Live Dome, where attendees will have the exclusive chance to meet the people behind the Financial Times, along with gaining access to exclusive interviews with the world’s biggest in technology and business.

Last year’s Chivas Venture competition saw over 2,000 applicants whittled down to 27 finalists, and this year even more innovative social enterprises are back to compete for Chivas Venture’s global $1 million give away. Last year’s winner Change Please, a London based charity aimed at upskilling the homeless community through barista training with sustainable locally sourced produce and materials, walked away with $350,000 in funding and has continued to grow their organisation. TNW Conference provides a rich experience for startups; through each vertical, up to five startups will be chosen to pitch for five minutes, followed by five minutes of Q&A. Participants will get access to 1-on-1 investor meetings, exposure the company, as well as workshops and round tables.

The conference attendees are encouraged to participate in the content creation process by joining in on one or more of our themed roundtable sessions being held throughout the two days on subjects like AI, Growth hacking, Cloud, VR, Fintech, Data, Branding, Media, Product Development, Funding, and much more.
