Purpose of the role...
The role of the Producer at Code is to ensure the on-time and iterative delivery of quality products and services for our clients that deliver against their business objectives.
You may also be required to support your Account Director and Project Manager within your Account Team. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team ensuring adherence to plan, quality, deadline and budget, whilst maintaining communication and managing the client’s expectations, following process and documentation throughout.
Overall you must build confidence, earn trust and gain respect with our clients and with your team, via your credibility in planning, management, collaborative delivery and the quality of our deliverables.

Build excellent and long term relationships with your clients, providing them with the best experience of the agency. Maintain continual communication and align expectations proactively and efficiently.
Overall our aim is to support them in driving change within their organisation and the challenges they face from their Stakeholders.
