We just wanted to say a massive congratulation to our client JCT600, who were recently awarded the ‘Best Digital Customer Experience (Franchise and Supermarkets)’ title at the Auto Trader Click Awards 2017.
This annual awards programme recognises digital excellence across the franchised, car supermarket and independent dealer sectors.
The category winners were determined based on consumer user testing with 10,000 car buyers and in-depth analysis of 160 million data-points across the Auto Trader marketplace.
Having redesigned the JCT600 website in 2015 based on in-depth, strategic research, we continue to work alongside them to optimise and improve their site and content.
