Salary: £25k-£35k

Role and responsibilities

As a CRO Developer, you will utilise your core front-end development capabilities in JavaScript, HTML & CSS to build and implement A/B tests using a range of split-testing platforms and technologies. You will be working and client-facing with Conversion Consultants & Web Analysts, to help drive conversion insights and improvements through experimentation, optimisation & personalisation across desktop, mobile, and app.

This role will appeal to an individual who has 2+ years technical experience in JavaScript, HTML & CSS, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where insights & results can be achieved quickly.

Skills and experience

  • Solid experience in HTML5, CSS, es6 and JavaScript
  • Highly proficient in JavaScript with a strong understanding of DOM manipulation and Promises
  • Competent in the use of Bitbucket and Git
  • Experience in testing platforms and tooling: VWO, Optimizely or Adobe Test & Target
  • An understanding of Web Analytics
  • Prior experience working in CRO/Optimisation/Personalisation/Experimentation style role would be advantageous
  • Agency or Digital marketing experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • 2+ years’ experience within a pure front end based role
