TransPennine Express
We were originally appointed in April 2007 to review their digital strategy and develop an online marketing campaign for Train company First TransPennine Express. Following initial redesign and digital marketing activity that included email marketing, PPC and display ads, First TransPennine Express saw a 103% increase in online ticket sales. As a result of the success of this work, Code was asked to develop a new site with a number of key objectives including a more engaging design and more prominence given to key customer and sales information.
The site won "Best travel and Tourism site" at the 2009 DADI awards
