Refuge 4 ways to Speak out
The microsite www.fourwaystospeakout.com supports a new Speak Out Against Domestic Violence campaign, which Refuge and Avon, the company for women, are launching in partnership today.
The initiative focuses on four ways that lives can be saved – buying and wearing Avon’s empowerment necklace, signing an online petition that will be sent to the Government to demand an end to the current postcode lottery of domestic violence services around the country, printing off and displaying posters in local communities and by simply speaking to family and friends to encourage them to join Refuge’s campaign.
In addition to providing all-important links to information for women who need help, the microsite showcases high profile supporters of the campaign, including Dame Helen Mirren, Patrick Stewart OBE, Fiona Bruce and Chris Rea.
The Four Ways to Speak Out campaign creative takes centre stage on the new look Refuge website www.refuge.org.uk, which has been re-designed to give even greater prominence to show how people can support the charity as well as maintaining clear sign posting to women in search of help and support.
