We have worked with UK Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom specialist Betta Living in the creation of a new xplatform web experience.
The new site focuses on three core objectives:
- To capture enquiries and convert more visitors to appointments
- Showcase the full range of products and make ordering a brochure quick and easy; and
- To reflect the new Betta Living brand and clearly communicate its point of difference in a cluttered marketplace.
The site is built on the Umbraco CMS framework which allows the client to manage all data and content from a centralised place; and gives them complete flexibility around product and promotional management.
We have built the site to be fully responsive across devices, meaning the site recognises the device viewing the pages and creates optimised mobile, tablet and desktop experiences dynamically.
We are also working with the team on a number of business changing initiatives - exploring opportunities where tablet technologies can be used to enhance the sales process.
For example we are working with the sales to team to see how we can use tablets to enhance the in-showroom experience.
We are also looking closely at the data to see if we can introduce implicit personalisation to the site - taking the users browsing behaviour to tailor their experienceto the things they are looking for.
