Code Computerlove Prescribes Digital Overhaul For Benenden
Benenden Healthcare Society has appointed Code Computerlove as its digital partner.
Code’s initial task will be to carry out a health check on Benenden Healthcare’s digital communications, and then build a new website (www.benenden.org.uk) with the overriding objective to enhance its online member services and retention.
The agency was appointed following a competitive tender.
Benenden Healthcare Society is one of the UK’s leading health & wellbeing mutual organisations, which provides access to a wide range of healthcare services to a membership of over 900,000 across the UK.
Marie Knock, Digital Marketing Manager at Benenden Healthcare, said: “Our website has become a vital tool for not only helping to attract new members and showcasing our products, but for enhancing the services we provide to members. We’re looking to make the most out of visits to our site and develop best in practice online application forms.”
Marie Knock continued: “We will also be adopting a new CMS system to provide us with a robust platform for growth. Code will work with our internal teams to develop the front-endfacilities and interactions, while our own teams will concentrate on the member services systems to complement what will be achieved via the web.”
