Account Manager

The Role

You will be responsible for the day to day management of clients building happy, strong, honest and profitable client relationships. You will contribute to the running of the team and support new business pitches where appropriate.

The role will cover:

  • Day to day management of healthy client relationships
  • Supporting Account Director in gathering of clients business requirements and writing briefs
  • Supporting Account Director in hitting projected revenue targets per client
  • Ensuring the right resources are allocated on account projects
  • Leadership and clear direction of Producers
  • Supporting and maintaining the Account Plan and ensuring quarterly board reviews are carried out
  • Accurate reporting of projected revenues. Manage profitability against targets
  • Ensuring time on jobs reflects the work carried out
  • Timely reporting of Account/Project problems and issues to Account Director
  • Maximise project communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experienced in all digital channels and online marketing/media, minimum 3 years digital experience
  • Production/management experience of digital design & build projects is essential
  • In touch with industry developments
  • Good communicator and influencer‚- ability to ‘get on’ with others
  • Numerate
  • Leadership by example
  • Team management
  • Planning, organisation and attention to detail
  • Collaborative approach.
